Town House, Ilkley

This young family wanted a subtle mix of styles to give a modern edge to their period property. A contemporary colour palette was used as a backdrop for the colourful furnishings which brought warmth and comfort to their home. Antique furniture was teamed with modern objects resulting in an eclectic yet uncluttered style. The property has recently appeared on BBC1 ‘Britain’s Empty Homes’, to show what can be achieved given the courage and vision to take on a complete home refurbishment.
